bought premium, struggling to get it downloaded on ipad and iphone
What exactly is the issue, do you have our iOS app installed from the App Store? Then all you need to do is sign in with your account. If you were already signed in, it may require you to sign out of the app.
I purchased the premium as a teacher via on the hub - I am trying to:
1) get premium running on my iphone, ipad and mac
2) sync between the three
Just make sure all locations are signed into the same account (email@example.com shows as Premium) and to do this you can sign out and back in again on all.
