Проблема с оплатой
Был подписан на ежемесячную плату за премиум. 30.12.2013 оплатил премиум на год вперед. На сайте и в приложении пишет что действительно до 12.2014. НО. Сегодня у меня снялась оплата за месяц. Как такое может быть?

30.12.2013 is December 30th 2013, which has not happened yet. There is no way that you purchased Premium on this date. If that was the case, then the second date would be correct, and a year later.
If you are saying you bought Premium for a year, and just the other day was charged for another Premium, please send me the transaction IDs fo these payments and I can refund one of them.

Меня беспокоит, что в play market у меня по прежнему пишет, что следующий платеж будет 01.01.2014, а в самой программе December 30, 2014. Я не могу понять, когда же будет следующая оплата. И почему у меня премиум подписка на год и ежемесячная подписка одновременно.
Monthly subscriptions are done through the Play Store, and are automatic, you need to go to your Play Store account and cancel the subscription for it.
If you pay through the website, it's yearly and is not an automatic renew. That is why you were charged again as you still have an active subscription through Google Play Store.

Отменил подписку в play market, и теперь пишет что подписка действительна по 31.12.2014 года.

Здравствуйте. 30 ноября я оплатил Todoist Premium на 1 год на сумму 949 рублей. Покупка осуществлялась через AppStore.

Дата получения: 30/11/13
С моей карты списали указанную сумму, однако возможности программы остались базовыми.
При попытке зайти во вкладку Todoist Premium, я вижу предложение Обновить сейчас и надпись Срок Вашего Премиум Членства истекает...
Прошу решить эту проблему!

U didn't understand. I can't log in Todoist on my Iphone (4s) with my AppStore log/pass (no idea why). I CAN succesfully log in there with my Google account BUT my Premium features NOT work. I didn't use my Google account for working withTodoist on my computer, because I want to receive push-alerts about my things to do on my Iphone, it's more convinient for me.
Could you tell me exactly what should I do? By now, I just want my money back, if your further advises won't be helpful!
If you have created your Todoist account by typing in an email address and a password manually, then in order to log into it, you need to type in your email address and password manually on every platform.
If you can't log into the iOS app using the same login method and same credentials as you do on the web, then please tell me what happens exactly when you try to log in - do you see error messages, does the app crash - what happens exactly?
You've mentioned that you can't log in using your AppStore log in and password - that's not the login and password you should use, you need to use the one you've set up as you've created your Todoist account.
I havent created Todoist account so I haven't log/pass.. I haven't any messages and mentions that I should create Todoist account. And I haven't get E-mail about my successful payment.
When I tried to register Todoist account from my iPhone (after payment of course) I failed because my e-mail "already used"
So I can only log-in with my Google account. When I log-in with my Google account (from PC or iPhone) I see basic features of Todoist. Also I see that my Premium membership expires November 30, 2014. And BELOW it I see offer to upgrade my account to Premium. Why should I pay, if I paid for Premium account already.

According to our database as well as the information you see in your account - it is Premium and therefore you must have access to all features. Even if you're Premium, you will always still see the "Upgrade now" button in case you would want to pay for multiple years upfront.
The only way that you may have a Premium account and not be able to use Premium features would be if your browser has a cached free version loaded into its local storage. Therefore, please try to log out, clear your browser's cache and you will have access to all features.
Same applies to mobile apps. If your account was created using the "Sign up with your Google Account" option, then logging in with your Google Account is what you need to do to access it.
So again, please always use the "Google Login" method on all platforms (as that's how you've set up your account" and you will have access to all Premium features. Try to add a note to a task, search for labels or view completed tasks - if you have access to these features, then this confirms that you have a Premium account.
