Server not working
The server is not syncing and none of the Web App only features are working. That really isn't good. The progress bar keeps pulsing and the occasional internal 500 error occurs. Is there 24 hour server support?
I can't connect via the desktop app at all, same problem, but the web app loads. However it's showing stuff I completed about a month ago as being incomplete.
Is this your way of punishing me for not getting round to renewing my premium subscription? ;)
Mobile App Sync working, but not Desktop-/Mac-Apps.
Desktop sync down for me too; either timeouts or ISE 500s.
for me too. iOS Clients are syncing, but desktop/web-app are not. :-(
Same for me here.
Outlook, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Web app are down (timeouts, or 500 Internal Server Error).
I do have access to the iPhone app, where I can add/complete tasks, and apprently even sync, but with no evidence that the sync is actually real.
Me too. First day of using Todoist and server is down already!?
Come on guys, whats goin on? How are we meant to trust this system to manage things?

Down for me too. First the certificates error, now this. Not being filled with confidence right now...
It would be nice to get a reaction from ToDoist support......

Can't access it from web too. I think for a paid service, they should provide 24/7 support, right? No Twitter update either!
I could access it ok from the Mac app and browser in the weekend. Miltos, out of curiosity, where were you trying to access it from?
This is a typical problem with cloud services, if they operate in another country and you have a problem, you're pretty much screwed as they'll be in bed!
Web, desktop (macbook pro), email addon, firefox add on do not seem to update for me.
Same problem for me, the web page, chrome app and android are showing three different sets of tasks on the today screen.
I have the same problem today. Waiting for a solution soon.

Me Too! All browsers (Safari, Firefox and Chrome) and the macbook app are failing to connect. The iPhone app however, is working fine
Not syncing here in the UK either - c'mon Todoist - cracking app but expect butter support than this! When I have problems with my company servers I usually only know when the IT company pings to tell me they fixed it!
Same problem here, browser and OS X app just seem to sit and load indefinitely.

Question to all: how often have you seen the service unavailable during the last 3 months let's say?
I'm a relatively new subscriber and it makes me wonder if I should invest on this app vs. competition, i.e. Wunderlist ,

Down here at the Web as well, now 6 hours since I had first attempt.
@Ntalikeris - For me, it's been down for the certificates debacle (October 17th), and then this problem now. Twice in two months, but never before that and I've been s subscriber since February.
Not bullet proof, but not too bad either.
@Ntalikeris This is the first time in my 2 yrs using Todoist. I am sure its a one day issue.

@Ntalikeris 1st time I encounter such a big issue over a year of daily (and intensive) use. I did have a problem some months ago (dates of tasks were out of sync), but the support was very quick and effective, and the issue was solved over a couple of days. I am sure that they will work day and night to solve this one fast.

We're very sorry for the inconvenience. Based on our logs, Todoist was down twice for about 10 minutes each time. We're investigating the source of this issue and even though it's accessible right now, we still notice some issues and we're on it right now.
Looks like it synced once and then ceased to sync again (web and firefox plugin).
Working now but it was down for way over 20mins. Started work almost 4 hours ago and it hadn't synced once
Either saw an nginx 500 internal error or just constant syncing.

Yup, after I spent some time checking out Wunderlist, Todoist finally started to work continuously ;P
My android app is still not syncing? This hasnt worked for at least 6 hours. Web is working again, bot not showing any tasks I entered on android.
Please try to sync again, we've made further changes now. Sorry for the inconvenience.

@David Trey - it's still saying "couldn't refresh. please try again later". I've restarted phone and app several times. Any other suggestions?
Still a few bugs by the looks of it. Getting duplicates
@Aaron, I got a duplicate too. I was asked to try to reproduce it once the syncing problems are ironed out.
Although this outage has been a pain for my first day (especially considering I added 100+ tasks on Sunday ready for Monday), this is a great bit of software. Seamlessly integrates into outlook + mobile apps = what I've been looking for for a long time
Had almost a dozen duplicates. Although only from a few tasks.
As long as things don't disappear, I can deal with duplicates!
