How does my premium account gets activated?


I just upgraded my account on your website, but in my account is still not upgraded to premium. How does this work?

I paid with PayPal, but with another email PayPal email adres then my todoist account. Can this be the problem?

Hello Nico,

If you've purchased Premium through our site, PayPal, PlayStore or iTunes - the upgrade should happen automatically and logging out and back in would load the Premium version of our app into your browser, plugins or apps.

According to our database, the account you're logged into right now is indeed not Premium. If it's possible that you're used any other email address to subscribe - please check if you have other Todoist accounts assigned to it.

If you've made the purchase through a third-party site, you would receive an activation code and instructions how to use it.
