+ Add Question

I've seen this question posted by others, but I've tried everything you recommend and it's not working. I upgraded to Premium but I am not getting premium features. I have cleared the cache, logged off and back on, closed the browser, restarted my computer. Nothing. Help?

Hello Rachel,

As you see in this thread, next to your name our system correctly recognizes you as Premium and I can confirm that in our database your account is Premium.

Please make sure that you're logging into the correct account on all platforms. Also, to confirm - you do not see an @ sign below the search box and when you hover over a task and click on the note icon to add a note, you see alert popup that this is a Premium only feature?
