Reordering projects and tasks

DW

I do not seem to have a "reorder" button. I want to reorder my projects and also reorder my tasks within those projects. Can someone help?

Hello,

Tasks and projects can be reordered with the handle that appears on the left side of the task or project when you hover over it.

Please take a look at this short video showing how it works: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lhumUr8kY6I

David / TodoIst Staff,
Grabbing a project handle does not seem to work on a Chromebook running the Chrome browser; it does seem to work on the Chrome browser on Windows XP.

Davd/ TodoIst Staff,
Oddly, when I logged out (to test on Windows XP) and logged back in (to TodoIst on my Chromebook), I was in fact able to move projects by grabbing the handle. So, ignore my comment above, unless you hear others report an issue.

David / TodoIst Staff,

OK, the problem is back; after a few minutes of usage (on Chromebook / Chrome browser), I'm not able to grab the handle of projects on the left side and thus I cannot reorder projects.

If I reload the page, the problem is solved. So, somewhere in there, there is a bug (and the workaround is not obvious).

Regards,
Ernie.

Hello Ernie,

Please tell me - do you have an option to test it in Chrome, but not on a Chromebook? Unfortunately, we're also received other reports from Chromebook users, but none of them could be reproduced by us and were caused by the Chromebook itself.

Best regards,
David
