Installed Todoist Add-in to Firefox 25 but can't see the application

BW

I have been using Todoist in Chrome but have switched to Firefox. I iinstalled the Add-in and got the message it was installed. I also went to the Options/Toolbar Layout and did not see the icon. I really would rather stay with Firefox and am addicted to Todoist, so whatever help you can offer would be appreciated.

Hello Bob,

Please tell me - are you using a GMail Labs extension called "Preview pane"?

If not, please go to Firefox's Options -> Privacy, select "Use custom settings for history" and allow cookies and third-party cookies and see if it helps.

Best regards,
David

Hi, I too am facing a similar issue.

I have FireFox 25.0.1 and tried installing your extension, but do not see anything, so it doesn't install.

I did as David suggested above, but still not working. Would you kindly looking into this?

Thank You.

I was using FireFox but couldn't use Google Calendar so returned to Chrome. But what I did like is that Todoist installed a pane on the left third of the screen that remained visible until I closed. It installed a small TD icon on the toolbar. I have taken a screen capture but don't know if it will show up here. Email me at rwhytejr@gmail.com and I'll send it to you.

Hello,

@ciwan1859 - please go to Firefox's Add-ons menu and see if the add-on is there and active. If it is, right-click somewhere at the top of your browser, choose "Customize" and you should see a box full of different icons, one of which will be a TD icon - drag & drop it onto the toolbar.

@Bob - This is unfortunately how Chrome works. It doesn't have an option to allow us to develop a plugin that would open a side pane so we've had to make the plugin open as a popup window when clicking on the TD icon. We hope Chrome will enable side-pane extensions in the future.

Best regards,
David
