Moving Premium Status



I have a problem I'm hoping you can help me with. I love the service. Thanks for all your good work. I recently paid for a premium account (mark warner@vineyardop.org). Unfortunately, I made the mistake of upgrading online when I was logged into that account when what I wanted to do was upgrade my other account (markwarner11@me.com) where I have built all my projects and task lists.

Question: Is it possible for you to remove the premium upgrade from the markwarner@vineyardop.org account and apply it to the markwarner11@me.com account? This would save me having to migrate all my projects and tasks manually.

Hi Mark,

The transfer has been completed. You might need to sign out and back in again to see the changes.
