Change to Tags?

This morning, I was able to add tags at the beginning of the task line as I normally do. Now, when I put a tag at the beginning of the task line it does not create a tag and instead is part of the subject (including the @ sign). I put the tag at the end of the task and then the tag is created. Is this a bug or did you guys change how this works?

Hi Scott,

Which platform are you using of ours? I am unable to reproduce this issue using the website version or the Chrome extension.

I would suggest clearing the cache for your browser of choice a try as it might just be a cache glitch.

Hi Brendon - I'm using Chrome. If I create a task from scratch and put the tag first, it works. If I do it from gmail, and the tag is at the beginning, it doesn't create tag. I just cleared cache and it is still happening that way.

This is due to the new way we have started to process emailing of tasks. We used to include the code which we now do not, it results in a cleaner look. Because of the way it now works, only text added after the email will be accepted.

We hope we can improve this in future updates.
