Completed To-Dos - iCal

Why do completed to-dos not remove themselves from the iCal feed?

Basically I have my todos synced in my calendar. Completed tasks still show on their deadline date, when they shouldn't.

Is there a way to correct this?

Hello Philip,

Please note that any changes you make on your task list on Todoist is synced to the calendar only once a day (this affects only Google Calendar and is Google's setting which we unfortunately can't change).

Do you see your completed tasks there after 1-2 days? If so - are these recurring tasks, parent tasks or sub-tasks?

Best regards,

Hi David,

No I am pulling the iCal into Outlook, and the task was there after a week at least of being completed.

Does outlook not update automatically?

Outlook requires you to click the send/receive button to get the update. Can you confirm if this is working?
