Mac app preferences do not persist

After starting the mac app I reset all global shortcuts (don't use them and also they collide with my other global shortcuts). Everything works fine, but after relaunching the app - shortcuts are being restored. In other words - my settings are not being persisted over app launch (OSX Maverics + Mountain Lion).

Hello Maciej,

Please clarify - what new shorctuts did you use? It's not possible to actually remove the shortcuts completely, but if you've clicked each field and have then pressed a different key combination to set up a new shortcut, this should indeed be saved permanently.

Hi David, I didn't use any new shortcut - just deleted existing one - there is a button for that: http://screencast.com/t/qS31tRZF (first shortcut has been removed). It works perfectly fine till todoist relaunch.

Please try to record a different shortcut, relaunch the app and let me know if recording a new shortcut also doesn't get saved after relaunching the app and I'll pass it to the developers.

Setting up another shortcut gets saved after relaunching so it looks like the problem appears only for resetting it.

I have the same problem. Deleting the short-cut does not persist. I don't want any global short-cuts for Todoist!

Hello Erik,

We'll look into this issue, but for now please try to set the shortcuts to a different key combination, one that you won't trigger accidentally, for example - Ctrl+Cmd+Shift+\
