Wrong date listing?

On Todoist Android App I added a new task and put Monday as date. All fine and task shows as date due 28th Oct but in Task list it shows in group due on Tuesday (29th). I have tried selecting date using the calendar icon and same result; shows as 28th but listed with 29th'

Hello Peter,

Sorry for the inconvenience, we're suspecting that it's related to an issue that places tasks set for a date after the end of the Daylight Saving Time. Everything should work fine since Sunday as the time changes, but if it doesn't - please let us know.

I still have the same problem for the tasks recurring every year.

Still the same problem. Please check the task in my account scheduled for every 29 oct

Hello Alex,

We never access our users' account and don't have access to them. Unfortunately, I can't reproduce this issue, every old and newly added tasks appears in the correct section on my iOS device.

Please try to delete the app, rebook your device, reinstall it and see if the issue persists.

Interestingly I have problems both on Android and Chrome.

Alex,

Please confirm that your Android device, your desktop system which Chrome is on, and Todoist's (website) is all on the same Timezone.

Same problem for me ... 1 year after that.

Attached the Android print screen and the website printscreen ...

Task for tomorrow (sunday) are place on monday on the Android APP !!

I'm having the same problem. When I add a task from the Android App with a due date of today, it posts it as being due tomorrow.

One nuance: I'm in a different time zone than usual right now (I live in PST, right now, I'm in an area with Central TIme). Do you think that the time set on my phone/devices might be impacting the to do list task, or is there some other way that I might be able to address this issue? It is driving me nuts!

Hi,

Sorry to hear about that! Yes, most likely it is happening because of the time zone settings. They have to be absolutely the same in your Todoist account and all the devices you are using our app with.
