Unfortunately, we don't issue invoices ourselves, but we will consider offering invoices in the future.
For now, please use the payment receipt you've received in combination with our company address:

Hi David, I did not receive such receipt. Where can I get it?
The receipt is sent out automatically, If you've used a credit card payment - to your Todoist email address. If you've used PayPal - to your PayPal email address, same applies to Google PlayStore (your GMail address) and the Apple Store (your Apple ID address).
Please make sure that it hasn't landed in your spam folder either in your email client of already on your domain/server level.
I did not get a receipt either.
Same problem: I am in Germany and I need an invoice. Payed via PayPal but never got a receipt.
Please... make it possible to download invoices from the website! All the other webservices offer it as well!

yup, checked everything...
but could be also, that it was deleted automatically.
So I don't blame you but it would help a lot, if there would be more than one way to get a receipt.
With Todoist for Business, you would have links to every invoice you receive and could download it anytime. It would also be a full invoice including your company data.
For Todoist Premium, we also have an option to re-send an invoice to you anytime, however this only works if you've paid directly using our credit card payment system. Unfortunately, payments made via PayPal are handled directly by them so you could try to contact PayPal and they should agree to re-send you the payment receipt.
I purchased the premium using my paypal account which is different than my google account and I do not have premium now.
Where did it go and how do it get it for my google account.
The PayPal email address doesn't have to be the same, the account you're logged into during payment will be the one that becomes Premium. I've checked our database and the one you're logged in now (the Gmail account starting with "coa") is Premium right now for a year. Please log out and back into it to make sure the changes apply.
