Not able to access my premium account


I saw the other posting regarding this issue. I have paid for a premiun account and have been able to use it. However lately it says I need to upgrade though it has only been a couple of months since I did upgrade. I tried rebooting and clearing cache. I access this from two compuiters without being able to get my premium account. I have a second account and i have checked if I accidently ugraded that one by mistake.
How do I get my premium account ?

Hello George,

Please make sure that you're logged into the same account in case you have multiple accounts. If you do, please forward the payment receipt to david@doist.io and brendon@doist.io
