One month Premium Upgrade not working

I was sent a one month premium upgrade. I selected the upgrade. It say's I have been upgraded. But when I check settings or anything else it shows me as a free account. I have logged out and logged back in. Do I have to re-install Todoist? What about apps for my Outlook and iPhone, do I have to re-install apps for the premium version. This is VERY FRUSTRATING and does not work smoothly at all. Please explain the exact steps I need to do to take advantage of the premium account.

Hi Norm,

No extra steps are needed, Premium is synced with your email address (your account). The most that is needed is logging out (iOS) and clearing the cache for your browsers (IE for Outlook). That being said, you may be Premium and have not noticed.

If you head to Todoist.com, top right corner, choose Todoist Premium, does it show a bar at the top showing your expiry date? If that is so, then you are indeed Premium, and you do show Premium at our end.
