I get this error:

Also when clicking on a search of:
Todoist: To-do list and task manager. Free, easy, online and mobile
I get logged into a different account than I want a standard for all my devices.
Are you using our Outlook plugin or the windows app? Please try clearing the cache for IE which both of these use, it could clear the issue.
Are you behind any proxies? As for logging in, you can sign in with Google which can create a new account. Please logout, and sign in with username and password to confirm you are in the correct account.
