Charged twice for the upgrade


Dear all,

I have upgraded my account on Saturday first on iPhone and then on iPad and been charged twice based on credit card statement . Is that correct? And if nor how that can be recovered? Thank you, svetlana

Hello Sveta,

One payment will result in one upgrade for 1 year of Premium. According to our database, your account is Premium for just one year, so are you certain that:
- You're using the same Todoist account on both devices
- The payment was a charge and not an unprocessed withhold of funds from your card.

Unfortunately, we're unable to manage payment made through the Apple Store, they're subject to Apple's terms and no developer can process refunds for them.

There are two options how we can proceed:

1. You can send us both payment receipts to david@doist.io and we'll add another year of Premium to your account.

2. You can contact Apple asking for a refund of one of the payments and they will most likely agree to a 70% refund.
