VAT when book premium subscription?
When I try to book the premium subscription via your website I have to fill in my credit card - so obviously you're using a "standalone" billing system.
When I tap on "Premium" on my Android devices the subscription fee will be billed by Google wallet - and therefore most obviously inlcuding the (german) VAT. But Google does not deliver real invoices...
If I order via your site will I get the invoice showing the VAT? I'm just asking because it's important for my tax stuff ;-)

Unfortunately no, we do not offer full invoice at this time. You will receive a receipt to your email, but this is not an invoice as to your request. We are going to consider implementing one in the future.
Hi I also need VAT invoice, it is agianst EU law that you are not issuing correct invoice. I have payed from my company's paypal and inovice I have there is not enough, it is not VAT invoice.
Could you please send me mannualy this inoice?

Without invoice it's impossible to organize comptability.

I have never heard from a company that the don't do invoicing!?
Invoicing is not optional, European Businesses need an complete invoice for every payment they do. I don't think i need to explain why...
Todoist is really great and therefore I'm gladly paying the premium price for it. But as I use it commercially (as most probably the majority of your users) I really need a proper invoice. Had I know before that you don't do this I wouldn't have upgraded.
Also you're violating EU law if you sell to EU citizens without VAT-compliant invoices as it has been stated before.
So for both reasons I really don't understand that it has such a low priority on your todo list Please reconsider.
Same here, I just bought it and yes it was my mistake not looking in the support for the invoice requirement.
I bought the product with the company credit card as such and compiling with EU regulations your company should provide with an invoice with the VAT number of the buyer.
Please get back to me asap with a solution for this issue.

I would kindly ask for this matter to be resolved as soon as possible.
We'll start offering invoices in near future, for now such option is not available, unfortunately.
