ALT+A shortcut annoyance

I have just installed Todoist on my Windows and started to use it in the background. Unfortunately, everytime I try to type in a Polish sign with ALT+A, a new Toidoist task pops up. I haven't found any opportunity to change this shortcut anywhere - it doesnt't even exist on the shortcut lists inside the app. When I quit Toidois, the problem disappears. What to do?

Thanks in advance,

Hello Marta,

Thank you for your report. We're aware of this issue, for some reason it collides with the default global shortcut for adding a task which is Ctrl+Alt+A and using right-Alt + A to make the Polish ą triggers it.

To avoid this issue for now, please right-click on the TD icon that Todoist adds to the notifications area (system tray, next to your system clock), go to "Configuration", click on the "Quick Add Task" shortcut and as this field is highlighted press a different key combination to change it.

If you don't want to use this shortcut at all, you can use a complex combination that you won't press accidentally, for example: Ctrl+Shift+Alt+]

Simple - yes. Elegant - no.
There is a "Settings" gear icon inside an application. Why should I need to use another configuration menu?
