Email from you: Your Toodledo Account is Expiring


I received an email from remind@toodledo.com saying you were closing my account because it is inactive. I use this account every day on iPhone, Chrome, and Android for everything. It gets synced to the online Chrome version often. I'm paying for the Premium version. I've written rave reviews, participated in the community.

I've had no replies to my email responses, it is very disconcerting, I rely on this app being available. What's up?

Hello Marjorie,

Doist is in no way connected to Toodledo - they're our competitors and we can't assist you with any issue you're experiencing with their apps or services.

Please try to contact them directly through the email address they've contacted you or their support section.

As for your account here on Todoist, I can confirm that it's Premium until February 2014 and you will receive a notification before it expires in February 2014.

DOH! Of course it's expiring, I QUIT using it because I love Todoist. How did I not see the name differences? Thanks for you patient reply. I'll let that old account with the other guys disappear...
