Premium upgrade not activating


I have restarted Todoist after upgrading to Premium (I paid using my PayPal account). It continues to say I can't access Premium features and the "Upgrade and get more done" bar continues to show at the bottom of the page on my Mac app. Should I expect a delay between payment and upgrade?

Hello Matt,

Please log out and back into your account so that the app can load the Premium content. If this won't help, also try to clear your browser's cache. In case of the Mac app, that would be Safari (the app shares Safari's cache).

I am having the same issue - just paid via paypal (have the email receipt), and after logging out/in and clearing cache, it still is not recognizing that I've upgraded.

Hi Ralzaben,

Your account shows as Premium on our end. Please try logging out one more time. Also, confirm that you indeed aren't able to add notes, or other Premium features.

Hey there, it looks like it updated, thanks! Took about an hour from purchase to activation, fyi.
