I am loving todoist, and now want to use it for organizing my personal work as well as my "work work." Can I have two accounts, each one with its own email? I haven't been able to do this as it ties immediately into the account set up with work.

Hello Myra,

Yes, you can have as many Todoist accounts as you want. Simply use the "Signup" option and the email address you have not yet used with Todoist.

If you sign-up and it tells you that this email address is already in use, please make sure that you don't have a GMail account associated for Google Login with the work account you already have.

To un-link such account, please go to Settings -> Authorizations.

Thank you! Can I also combine todist task lists so that I get a comprehensive summary every day, rather than a summary for each account?

Unfortunately, that's not possible, you will receive the Daily Digest for each account separately, but it could be useful sometimes and helpful to increase productivity by truly separating your work tasks from your home-related tasks :)

I'd just like to add that having two accounts might be daunting or detached in some ways. What works really well for me to keep Work Work and Life Work separate is to create two Master Projects (1. Work; and 2. Personal). Then, I use sub-projects for everything underneath each. It keeps everything adequately separate but easily together too.

Thank you for this insight. I did start to do that, however, I would like to check out my karma for my "work work" productivity and my personal work separately. This seems to mean two accounts....
