Missng Menu Border


Hi, on 2 of my machines the menu borders are missing :-( In outlook 2010 when you hover over a task then click the down arrow the drop down menu appears but it has no border and its all white the same as the background so its difficult to see whats what, same things happens in other areas of ToDoIst Outlook plugin but this is the easiest to explain. Can you tell me how to fix it please (I have tried a reboot and outlook reload) Thanks in advance.

Hello Jon,

Please clarify - when you log into your Todoist account through the web at https://todoist.com , does this also happen when you right-click on the task there? If so - which browser did you try (please check any other browser than IE)?

If it doesn't persist there, try to install this version of our plugin: https://d2dq6e731uoz0t.cloudfront.net/27d69392edce0cbd2d7128b9c74d070d/as/OutlookTodoist.Adx.exe and also make sure you have the latest version of Internet Explorer installed as this plugin always uses IE to connect. Clearing IE's cache may also be helpful.
