Outlook Plugin showing "Webpage cannot be found."

We recently went through some network upgrades at work, which seem to have broken the Outlook plugin for me. I just get "The webpage cannot be found."

ToDoist works find in IE and Chrome for me, though.

Can you provide a list of ports, etc., that need to be open for the Outlook plugin to work? Or, is there some other setting/issue I can investigate on my own computer?

Hello Jeff,

Basically, our Outlook plugin consists of a frame that opens IE within it. It shares all IE settings, cookies and cache.

In general, whenever such issue occurs, clearing the DNS cache might work. To do so, use Windows' "Run" feature and run:

ipconfig /flushdns

If this won't help, clear IE's cookies or try to install this version of our plugin: https://d2dq6e731uoz0t.cloudfront.net/27d69392edce0cbd2d7128b9c74d070d/as/OutlookTodoist.Adx.exe

Thanks. Clearing DNS cache and deleting cookies didn't work, but the other version of the plugin is working fine.
