Notes missing



I am a Premium account user, and I noticed that sometime in the last few days, all my task notes went missing. What's strange is that when I go into the backup, they are all still there, even on the backup from today. But when I look at my task list in either the project or the 7-day view, there are no notes on any tasks, and when I click to make a new note it explicitly says "This task has no notes."

I use the web app on Firefox and the Chrome plugin on two different computers. Is there any way to get my notes back, other than restoring them through a backup? And is there any way to prevent this from happening again? Thanks.

Hi Erin,

We had an issue with our database a few days ago that should be resolved now. Please try logging out, clearing the cache of your browser and logging back in again.

Let me know if they are still unavailable.
