Outlook plugin does not work

I installed the plug in.

I opened Outlook 2013

The first time I opened, it showed the Todoist and asked for my password.

Password was incorrect.

Sent email to reset password. No way to back to the original view.

Reset password.

Reopened Outlook, pane now shows "website declined to show this webpage"

I reset all the IE explorer options. I also deleted all history. I cleared the SSL slate, I added todoist.com as a trusted site, I overrode the automatic cookie handling so that it accepts both first and third party cookies.

Still have the same problem.

I have IE 10, I have also deleted the com-add in, uninstalled the app, cleared everything again in IE10, and then reinstalled the app, but I still get an empty pane where the todoist should show.
