How do I cancel and get my money back?

I've alreay checked the support questions and I do not have email for Dave or the support person and the premium support in setting does not allow one to cancel.

This is ridiculious, so much for the guarentee!!!

Please rest assured, you can of course receive a full refund as guaranteed. To do so, simply post the order reference ID of your payment. You can forward the receipt to david@doist.io and/or brendon@doist.io
