Website identify cannot be verified

For several weeks now I have been unable to access ToDoist. I have installed, uninstalled and followed much of the advise on your website - but with no luck.

The message I get is:
The identify of this web site or the integrity of this connection cannot be verified.
(Check mark next to:) The security certificate is from a trusted certifying authority.
(Check mark next to:) The security certificate date is valid
(Caution sign next to:) The name on the security certificate is invalid or does not match the name of the site.

Unless I can get this resolved in the next few days I am going to have to bail from the program, which I don't really want to do because I love it- but it's causing me more headaches than I think is worth.

Let me know if there is a solution to this issue. Thanks for all your previous support. You have all been great, but I don't want to have to communicate with you this much. ;-)

Hello Karen,

You say you've uninstalled it, please clarify - what exactly are you referring to? Our Outlook, Thunderbird or Postpox plugin, Chrome or Firefox extension, desktop apps, mobile apps?

Please try to clear the cache of the corresponding browser, if you referring to browser add-ons (in case of Outlook it's always IE) or send a screenshot of how and when you see this error message to david@doist.io

Best regards,
