Todoist not opening on my computer!


Hi, I've had this problem before and can usually get it to work...but not today! If I reboot, it will open the My Account screen (showing the tabs General Settings, Account, Picture, etc.)...but I can't figure out how or where to OPEN my account!

Too, yesterday and today, when I tried to maximize it, that information stayed in the same sized window...but the rest of my screen became bright red! Once I get my Tasks back, I much prefer to be able to have them fill my screen...so I can see many in one glance.

Hi Jennifer,

Could you please clarify, are you using the desktop client for Windows or OSX? Are you using a browser for the web version, which? Or an extension for a browser?

Assuming it's the Windows client, you try to open it up and then nothing happens? Or you see a blank page? If you reboot, you open it and are brought to your account settings?

Please try clearing the cache for your browser, if it's the Windows or Outlook plugin, clear the cache for IE, if the OSX App, clear cache for Safari. Let me know if it continues after doing so.
