upgrade on all devices


I paid for an upgrade to Premium and on my desktop it's fine. But it doesn't look like the upgrade has taken effect on my phone or my tablet. Please advise.

Hi Randi,

Please try logging out and back in again. Also make sure you are signed into the same account on all devices. This can sometimes happen when you use Google Sign On on one place and not the other.
