Hi Richard,

Could you please elaborate on what you mean by supported? Citrix does a few different services and software, which if you are referring to remote desktop, then of course we support it, because its independent of this (the OS is the only concern).

Our App though, if referring to the desktop version requires XP and older. Technically it should be able to install on a server based OS, but 2008 is a bit dated. Also, it would install as a normal app, would not become a server type application.

Our client is working in Citrix (published desktop) with Outlook 2010 on Windows server 2008 R2.
Is it possible to install the todoist plugin for Outlook on this OS for all users?

To be honest I do not believe it has ever been tested. We try to support OS's past XP, but if it is running 2010 of Outlook it should work.

You can try to install it and let me know how it goes. Please try installing this version (https://d2dq6e731uoz0t.cloudfront.net/27d69392edce0cbd2d7128b9c74d070d/as/OutlookTodoist.Adx.exe)

Again, this if it works, will work for people using this system, It will not be implemented as a server application upon install, so if you are referring to all users (on the network) then it will not work.
