Premium Issues

Hi, i really like TD; it's excellent & i'll prolly upgrade to premium soon. i got an email yesterday that allowed 30 days free premium which i activated from my iphone. it took me via safari and I activated it but i can't use premium on my pc (web app, via chrome) or iphone using preferred chrome browser. please help. thx

Hello Dave,

Please make sure that you're logging into the same Todoist account on all platforms and use the same login method (manual or Google login). Also, logging out and back into the account on each platform may be required for the browser to load the Premium version.

If this won't help, try to log out, clear your browser's cache (by removing todoist.com through Chrome's Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Content Settings -. All cookies and site data), reload the browser and log back in.
