+ Add Question

problems with sync


It seems that Todoist doesn't sync anymore between the 2 computers on which I'm using it (browser Google Chrome), anyhow, a week ago it worked perfectly.
Did I change something? How can I fix it? Ctrl+F5 doesn't work.

Hello Sarah,

Please make sure you're logged into the same Todoist account on both computers.

If logging out and back in won't help, please log out, go to Chrome's Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Content Settings -> All cookies and site data and delete todoist.com from this list. Then, reload the browser and log back in.
