MAC app thinks I'm not logged in

My MAC desktop APP kept saying I wasn't logged in, but in the menu said logout as a choice, but it wouldn't do anything when I clicked logout. I tried changing my password. It did that and now all it shows me is the "send me reset instructions" screen. Basically the desktop APP is not working. I love Todoist, but this is starting to get on my nerves. It was working fine until a few days ago. I can't think of anything I've done that might mess it up.

Hi Lauretta,

Please close down Todoist, clear the cache in Safari which is used by the app and then re-open Todoist. Let me know if the issue persists.

If it does, does this happen if you go to the web version in a browser?

I opened Safari and cleared the history. Now the desktop Todoist is not doing anything. When I open it, it is a blank screen. One of the choices on the pull down menu is "logout" so I must be logged in. None of the menu choices in the pull down menu seem to be doing anything.

I also use the Chrome app and it works fine. So does the internet version in Chrome. I normally use Chrome as my browser.

Hi Lauretta,

Which version of OSX are you running? Are you on any secured networks? (proxies)

Please try logging out with the option, does this allow you to do so? What happens when you log back in?

Just jumping in here as I'm having the same issue and was going to log a support query.
I keep getting logged out.
Only started happening since I updated to the latest version.
I'm on OSX 10.9.4

Hello Marika,

Please try to delete the app, reinstall the latest version from https://todoist.com/mac and let us know if the issue persists. Also, make sure Safari accepts cookies.
