Problems w/ Windows Application on Laptop

I successfully downloaded the Windows app and was able to use the ToDoist application only when first installed. However, after it was closed, the application would not re-open again. I am running the app on a Windows 8 laptop. I am wondering if others have experienced this same problem.

Please advise if there is anything else I need to do to successfully use the ToDoist Windows app on my laptop.

An update:

I rebooted my laptop. After that, I was successfully able to open the ToDoist app and it worked fine. To test it out, I then closed the app and tried to reopen it. I could not.

I rebooted my laptop one more time and was able to open the application. However, after closing it again, it would not reopen.

So, I removed the application from my laptop and re-loaded it. Unfortunately, the same thing happened: I am able to open and use the application after an initial installation and/or rebooting my laptop. However, if I close the application, I cannot open it again w/out rebooting my computer.

Please advise.

Hi Paul,

Do you have any security installed (such as proxies, or antivirus) that could be blocking elements from loading? Please try uninstalling that version, clear the cache for IE, reboot, and install this updated version.
