Boolean Operator Search Question

I'm attempting to use a single search to pull in three different labels for a single day. I have many unlabeled items in Today, but I only want to see the ones with specific labels on them.

Bellow is the search I'm doing. I end up only getting the @smallthing for today results. It seems to only respect the last "or" statement, I've shuffled the query around and only get the final statement.

(today) & @bigthing | (today) & @mediumthing | (today) & @smallthing

Am I doing too much, or is there a better way to accomplish what I'm looking for?

Hi Josh,

There are a few ways you could do this, but to make things easy, the correct syntax should be.

(tod & @bigthing) | (tod & @mediumthing) | (tod & @smallthing)

Let me know if you have any issues.

Sweet! That does exactly what I need.

Thank you, Brendon
