Printing Issues - perhaps due to web browser?


I'm trying to print a task list and all that pops up is the waiting page - you know the one that show todoist is active, but nothing is progressing. On a similar note, I've been having the same problem all morning with Todoist in general, ie. in terms of opening the website - and the format looks different, ie. the font - it seems that my browser is the problem but really i am not sure.

Hi Charmaine,

To clarify, are you using our windows desktop app? Also which browser are you using?

Please try clearing the cache for IE (the plugin uses this) and the cache for your browser of choice.

Though we have recently changed our font, so that might be the change you are experiencing.

Let me know if it continues.
