Task due date does not update


Hi guys,

Using Todoist Windows app (Windows 8 x64), as long as my computer is running, the tasks will not update their due date.

For example, "tomorrow" will stay as is the whole time the app is running, be it over a day or more.

Hello Oliver,

Unfortunately, our apps don't have automatic push-updates, that is - it will not reload when the day changes and the dates are not "live" (won't switch automatically).

To make sure you have the updated view, please use the circular icon in the bottom-right corner to resync it.

Now a days it seems to be the Todoist icon which one should click to synchronize the due-dates. Or possible log-out and log in. It is not enough to close todoist tab in Chrome, the data is cached it seems.

Hi Alex,

Just to confirm, the due date changes you made are not being reflected to other apps? Have you tried force syncing them and still it don't work?

I'm using the web-version (in Chrome on two different pc's) and the Android app. Changes I make now are auto-synced within like 5-10 seconds between android and web version, that means I cannot reproduce the problem. When I saw the problem on the android-device I didn't know I could try and force sync, so I manually set the correct due dates on all offending items. Afterwards on the web version I again didn't see the new due dates for many items, so I tryed closing chrome-tab and reopen, and that didn't work. Then I tried logging out and back in and that made Todoist refresh everything.
