Stop the pop up!

YZ

I paid for my membership. I deserve to be able to use Todoist without interference. I keep getting your annoying pop ups to like you and share. I keep closing them. It is driving me crazy. Are you trying to annoy your customers? Please stop the pop ups!

Hello Yoram,

We're sorry for the inconvenience. Please clarify - did you see this popup multiple times? It should only be displayed once and after closing it, it should never reappear again. What browser are you using?

Best regards,
David

Yoram,

Are you using any script-blockers, ad-blockers or similar plugins in your browser? Also, do you access the web-app online or offline?

Unfortunately, I can't reproduce this issue so far. Please try to log out and back in and see if this will help.

Best regards,
David

Hello Yoram,

If disabling Adblock plus temporarily (to close the popup) won't help, please go to Chrome's Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Content Settings -> All cookies and site data, delete todoist.com from this list, reload the browser and let me know if the issue persists.

Best regards,
David

I am using Adblock. Why should I disable it. It is a popular plugin. Why don't you disable the popup?

Yoram,

Of course you should be able to use Adblock, but since we're unable to reproduce this issue and it's the first report that the popup doesn't permanently close as it should, we would greatly appreciate if you could let us know if disabling it and closing the popup and then accessing Todoist again will help. In which case we'd be able to investigate this issue on our end knowing if that's the case.

Also, please confirm - have you tried deleting Todoist's cookie and offline data? Did this make any change?

Best regards,
David
