Cannot load Todoist


I have tried to load Todoist, but I am not successful. When I try the App, it says not valid for 32 Windows 7. I need some basic information; I have no idea what I have done. Thanks.

Hi Jim,

Please clarify if you are indeed running our Windows App and not the Outlook plugin.

Are you running any proxies or software that can blog apps from running on your system?

Also, please make sure you have the latest Internet Explorer installed as our app uses it (Windows Update should let you know, should be version 10). Let me know if you still have issues after doing so.
