Todoist not loading in Outlook 2010

When I first started using it the plug-in worked consistently, but for a couple of weeks now I only get a blank screen and nothing more than the ToDoIst logo where I should be seeing a log in option. I am using Outlook 2010 (32-bit) with Windows 7 (64-bit).

I have uninstalled the plug-in, rebooted and reinstalled it a number of times over the past few days. I managed to get it working once (yesterday) but after I was forced to reboot upon installing a new version of Adobe Flash, it disappeared again. I have ToDoIst premium, if that matters.

Hi Wendy,

Please un-install your version, clear the cache from IE (the plugin uses this) and install this updated unreleased version. https://d2dq6e731uoz0t.cloudfront.net/02cd062715e057dfa9ee118565c79108/as/OutlookTodoist.Adx.exe

A few months back, I had todoist sending my draft emails, and installed one of your other plugins which worked on that issue. About 3 weeks ago, todoist has gone blank in Outlook (same as Wendy here). I haven't changed or updated anything to todoist or my computer, so have no idea why it changed. If I install the above plugin, am I going to have my draft emails start sending automatically again? Not something I can afford to have happen, but Todoist is largely redundant now that it is not interacting with outlook!

Also, when is the new update coming out that is projected to fix many of these bugs? If it is only a week away, we can wait. It most frustrating because I have to pay our IT guys every time something needs to be reinstalled or updated. This is becoming a very cost-ineffective tool.

Hello Paije,

The latest version that will NOT send draft emails is the one available on our site at https://todoist.com however it has the issue causing that if an email is moved after adding it as a link, the link won't work.

We're currently working with a new great developer on the update, he already finished updating our Windows app in a very short time so we're confident that the update for our Outlook plugin also won't take much longer at this point, maybe a few weeks at most.

Best regards,
