where can I download an invoice?

I need a receipt for my purchase, where can I download?

Hello Emile,

Although we don't issue full invoices right now (we will offer this option in the future), you should have received a receipt automatically upon purchase. Either from us, if you've used your credit card, or from PayPal if you've paid through them.

Please check if it hasn't landed in your spam folder. The receipt is sent to your Todoist account (if it's from us) or your PayPal account (which may not be the same).

I checked spam and performed a search through email, no there. Anyway you can send me a copy?

Emile,

This may not be possible, these mails are generated automatically only if a payment goes through. Especially if you've paid through PayPal in which case you'd have to contact them as they issue the receipt.

As you're using a custom domain, please check the mail on the domain level (the mailer set up to your domain) as it may already block the mail before it reaches your email client (if you use one).

Hi David,
Payed via credit card, I use a custom domain on gmail, so no client. It could have ended up in spam and subsequently have been deleted.

Irregardless, I dont have it and need an invoice for my books. I dont care if you make one up in word, just send me something.

I have a similar issue. Need the invoice/receipt but have no record of it (paid by credit card not paypal). Can you please re-send mine for me too?

Hello Liam,

Unfortunately, we can no longer re-send the receipts. Please check your spam folders also on your web-mail client. Depending on how you've paid, the receipt might have been sent from us, PayPal, Google PlayStore or the Apple Store.
