Just wanna' upgrade but can't.


Trying to buy premium but the 'working icon' to the right of 'Upgrade Now' just keeps running. OR I'm now working on my second payment which will infuriate me.

It shouldn't be this difficult to give someone my money. I hope this isn't an indicator of things to come service wise.

Please advise.

Hi Doug,

There does not seem to have been any payments that have gone through yet. Please try to log out of your account, and back in again. Then try the upgrade again, if that does not work, clearing the cache for your browser might do the trick.
