Bulk editing

Bulk editing question.
Example: I have a project with lets say 10 tasks underneath and want to assign a new label to all these tasks. Right now I have to do this one-by-one. Is there a better way to do so? It seems not to be possible to bulk edit multiple tasks at the same time.
Please advise. Thanks.

Hello Erich,

Although we do have an option to bulk edit tasks - if you hold down CTRL and then left-click on each task, you can multi-select them, but in the menu that will show at the top that's used to perform an action on all selected items, adding a label is not an option right now.

Nonetheless, we will certainly consider adding such option in the future and you're welcome to vote for this request in our Votebox: http://todoist.com/Vote/showProposal/647/

Does multiple editing only work on the web version, not the app version?

And on a mac, do you hit cntrl or command?

Please try to press and hold CTRL and then click on the tasks, if it won't work, try Command or SHIFT (which should also work as an alternative).

Best regards.
