Can't receive emails from Evernote
I can't receive emails from Evernote (OSX) to my Todoist inbox anymore. My Evernote email is one of the email addresses Todoist can accept.
Sending a mail from Evernote to Gmail is working and v.v.
Please make sure that Evernote hasn't changed their outgoing email addresses and also try to add a wildcard for their domain. To do so, add @domain.com to the list of accepted addresses, for instance - @evernote.com or @gmail.com (just like this with no login name at the front).
It didn't work. I add @evernote.com and @m.evernote.com, I try to send an Evernote note to another Todoist project. No success.
Please clarify - you are actually setting up in Evernote that the email address to which the notifications you get from Evernote should be delivered is the unique email address of your Todoist project, is that correct?
If you're forwarding them in any other way, then it's possible that the mailer that forwards them uses its address to send them.
Have you tried to check the properties of these Evernote emails to see if there's a different email address/server that sends them (and then uses the Evernote domain just as a display)?
I'm using the correct unique email address of my Todoist project a.k.a. the Inbox.
A few days ago I setup Taskclone (www.taskclone.com) and I think that's the problem. I'm unauthorize Taskclone in the Evernote preferences. But with no luck yet.
Please clarify - what kind of emails do you receive? Notifications? A newsletter?
When I send a note by mail from Evernote to Todoist the notes didn't appear in the Inbox or any other project Todoist project.
It works. I add the domain @evernote.com and everything works fine.
@Harry Dekkers. I'm having issues with Taskclone and Todoist as well. When you added the domain @evernote.com did you add your full evernote email address or just @evernote.com? THANKS!
I've added only @evernote.com
@Harry Dekkers. Thanks for the quick response but that did not seem to work. I have added my email as well as @evernote.com. Do you have any other suggestions as to what I could try (I do not have evernote premium so I'm thinking that may be my issue)
I'm using @mailbox.evernote.com. Maybe that helps
@Harry. Thanks for helping. It was user error on my part. I was inputting the email address in taskclone as Inbox<email@example.com>; when all I had to enter was the email in the brackets firstname.lastname@example.org :) THANKS again and hopefully this will help the next person.

The user error that Angela mentions is very common for Todoist users. Are you cutting and pasting that address with the Inbox label from somewhere in Todoist?
