Push notifications don't work
I have installed the app from the google play store, I've checked that my phone is on Settings -> Reminders -> Mobile Devices, but I'm not able to receive push notifications.
The SMS ans email notifications are working fine.
On Todoist.com if you head to your Settings, as you said you have, on the Reminders page, under Default Reminder, please make sure "mobile push notifications" is chosen.
If you click, send a test notification, do you receive it?
On your Android device, open Todoist, click the 3 dots at the top right, Settings, Notifications, and make sure you see a red ON button at the top right. Make sure Task reminders is checked as well :)
I have the exact same issue, and when I send a test notification, i don't recieve it. It's been over a couple minutes now, and I'm over a wifi network.
Please confirm, have you followed the above steps? If your device does not show up in the list of Devices on Todoist.com --> Reminders, please uninstall and reinstall the app.
after i reinstalled the application, it works now! thanks!
Same problem here. I followed the instructions above and it´s working now!

Please confirm, you have followed the steps above? You should see more than one device listed in the area if you are using 2 devices.

my mobile is android,i see the device in the area setting. and i test anthor mobile(android) is not working in 3G.
是否和我在中国有关系？我无法在google play 下载。
Does the WiFi connection you are using have any strong security or connecting through VPN services?
Had the same experience on iPhone, iOS 7. Push notifications didn't work, even after checking all settings and verifying device was listed in settings.
On the iPhone, Todoist wasn't listed in Notification Center, nor was it in the list of apps *not* in Notification Center. In other words, Todoist somehow wasn't registered on the iPhone as having notification functionality at all.
Uninstalling and reinstalling the app fixed the problem.
