What is the difference between the Chrome extension and Todoist Anywhere?

I just upgraded to premium and installed the Todoist chrome extension and put the "Todoist Tasks" bookmark in my chrome browser, which is what it instructed me to do to enable Todoist anywhere. Is there a difference between the two? If I only use Chrome as my browser, is it better to just use the Chrome extension?

Hi David,

Todoist Anywhere is exactly what you have done. It's a bookmark for your Browser that opens up a small window inside your browser that accesses Todoist.com. It's basically a small version of the website.

The Chrome extension is built for Chrome and sits as a button beside your address bar, giving you full access to Todoist features, quick and easy. We do recommend using this extension if you are using Chrome.
