I want to resubscribe to support feeds

Hi,

I inadvertently unsubscribed to ToDoist Support emails... I do not see a way to turn that feature back on.

Can someone please resubscribe me?

Hi Jason,

There is no way to un-subscribe to the emails you receive for Todoist Support questions at this time. May I ask how you believe you have done so?

Make sure our emails are not going straight to your SPAM folder, this could be a possibility.

Well, for example, I did not receive an email that you replied to this support request.

Further, at the bottom of every email you send from: Todoist Support <no_reply@todoist.com>; there is the following message:

"If you no longer wish to receive notification emails, click here to unsubscribe"

I clicked "unsubscribe" which is preventing me from receiving any messages regarding anything I participate in on your support site or the votebox site.

I had to manually search for this to see that you answered. Same with my last issue.

Hello Jason,

If you have at least one email from our support, please click on the unsubscribe link again and you should see a page that asks you if you're sure or if you want to subscribe back.

I did that before going through this support page...

It said you have already unsubscribed.

I did the same thing and would like to resubscribe. Really, this should be an option in the settings. Can you please resubscribe me?

When I clicked on that link I got a blank page. Maybe I'll go back into the forum and delete my comment?

Hello Thomas,

We've changed our support section lately which might have invalidated some very old links. Also, you could have seen a blank page if you've used a link to a question that's marked as private and are not logged into the account which has created or participated in this discussion.
