Problems with my upgrade to Premium version


I have upgraded to the Premium version. But when I log on to my account the Premium options are not recognized by my account and I am asked again to Upgrade.

Please advise if I need to do something extra?

Hello Lynn,

Please log out and back into your account so the updated version will load. If this alone won't help - log out, clear your browser's cache and then log back in.
