Emails stuck in outbox


Hi there-

Since I enabled the todoist for outlook plugin, i have an issue with emails getting stuck in my outbox. I have a 1 minute delay send rule on all emails, and I think that it is the combination of the delay send rule and the outlook plug in that is causing this.

Not all emails get stuck-- they only get stuck if I open the outbox while sending. Then just the email that is at the bottom of the list of sending emails gets stuck (this also happened before I had the rule if I was on a plane or somewhere that didn't have internet-- basically, it's any time that emails pile up in the outbox and are still there when I open the outbox). If i open the email and try to resend, it doesn't work, but if I open it and forward the email, it does resend. However, a copy of it stays in my outbox (as "date sent-- none") until I delete it.

This is in Outlook 2010 running on Windows 7.

Any thoughts on this issue?

Please try to uninstall our plugin (it's listed as "OutlookTodoist" in Programs and Features) and install this updated version: https://d2dq6e731uoz0t.cloudfront.net/02cd062715e057dfa9ee118565c79108/as/OutlookTodoist.Adx.exe and let us know if the issue persists.
